Crew scheduling, availability tracking, PTO requests, and clock in/out. Don't use it to harass, surveil non-crew members, or falsify time records.
Don't share your PIN or magic link with anyone. Your boss can reset your PIN if you forget it. We're not liable for shifts assigned or punches recorded from a compromised account.
We try to keep Muster up at all times but can't promise zero downtime. We're not liable for missed shifts, late punches, or any losses caused by Muster being unavailable.
Your boss can remove you. You can ask to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@mustercrew.io.
New Jersey law governs these terms. Talk to your boss first; if that doesn't resolve it, email us.
This is a plain-English starter ToS. Final legal review is on the to-do list — talk to a lawyer before you use Muster as a paid product or in any regulated industry.
