Privacy

Muster is a scheduling app for crews. We collect only what we need to run the app: names, phone numbers and/or emails, work availability, shift assignments, time-punch records, and (optionally) GPS coordinates when a worker clocks in or out.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email or phone, role.
• Schedule data: shifts, assignments, PTO requests.
• Location: latitude/longitude/accuracy when you tap Clock In or Clock Out. Used to compute distance from the work yard. Stored with the punch record.
• Auth tokens (Supabase) and session cookies.

How we use it

• Show you your shifts, availability and notifications.
• Let your boss build the schedule and verify time worked.
• Send you magic-link emails to sign in.

Who can see your data

Your boss and you. Other workers in your company can see your name and crew assignments on shared shifts. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your data, your call

Ask your boss to remove you and we'll delete your account and the data tied to it within 30 days. Email hello@mustercrew.io if anything's unclear.

This is a plain-English starter privacy policy. Final legal review is on the to-do list — talk to a lawyer before you use Muster for a paid product or with workers in regulated industries.
